What is the difference between e-Invoice, e-Archive and e-Waybill?

An e-Invoice (e-Fatura) is an electronic invoice issued between two taxpayers registered in the system of the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB). An e-Archive invoice (e-Arşiv) is an electronic invoice issued to recipients not registered in the e-Invoice system, including end consumers. An e-Waybill (e-İrsaliye) is the electronic version of the waybill that documents the shipment of goods. Sahatek selects the correct document type based on the recipient’s registration status and lets you manage all three from the same screen.

You issue the invoice in your software and then re-enter it on a portal.

The invoice is issued once in the software and sent directly as an e-document.

Sales reps can’t issue e-Archive invoices in the field, so documents wait at the office.

Mobile e-documents

Invoices issued on mobile at the point of sale become e-Invoices with one tap.

The rep saves the sale as “E-Dönüşüm”; Sahatek determines the document type (e-Invoice or e-Archive) from the customer’s GİB registration. The document is sent to GİB with one tap, and the PDF is shared or handed over from a Bluetooth printer. Documents issued out of coverage wait on the device and are sent once a connection is back. Rep-specific number series are defined for e-Waybills.

Which e-documents can I issue with Sahatek?

You can issue e-Invoices (e-Fatura), e-Archive invoices (e-Arşiv) and e-Waybills (e-İrsaliye), and view your incoming e-invoices and e-waybills in the same software.

Do I need separate software for e-invoicing?

No. e-Invoicing works together with the Sahatek Ticari pre-accounting software and the Sahatek Mobile Sales app. You send the e-document from the same screen where you issue the invoice.

How are e-invoice credit fees determined?

e-Documents are sent using credit packages. Call us for current credit prices and we’ll choose the right package for your volume together.

Can I give the customer a printout of an e-invoice issued in the field?

Yes. The document can be printed on a Bluetooth receipt printer and also shared as a PDF.
