Sahatek Mobile Sales lets your sales reps handle sales, returns, quotes, collections and inventory during customer visits — all from one app. It works offline and sends everything to head office automatically once a connection is back. With Sahatek’s more than 350 permission settings, you can always prevent reps from doing anything you haven’t authorised.
A field sales app is software that lets the sales reps of wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers handle sales, orders, collections and inventory on a mobile device during customer visits, with every transaction transferred automatically to the accounting system at head office. Sahatek Mobile Sales supports both van sales (immediate delivery from the vehicle) and pre-order sales (order taking).
Orders are written on paper and re-entered into the system at the office.
The sale is entered once in the field; inventory, customer account and cash update instantly.
Reps can’t make sales in areas with no signal.
The app works offline and syncs data automatically when the connection returns.

Visual selling
The Products tab lists your items with images and categories; reps pick products by sight and enter quantities with a single tap. The Cart tab shows the added items, quantities and grand total together, and the order is saved with one tap. Scan barcodes with the camera or a handheld terminal.
e-Documents in the field
Just select “E-Dönüşüm” on the sales or waybill screen. Sahatek checks the customer’s registration with the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB) and decides by itself whether the document is an e-Invoice or an e-Archive invoice — your rep doesn’t need to know. e-Waybills include vehicle and driver details. Out of coverage, the document waits safely on the device and is sent to GİB with one tap once you’re back online. Share the PDF with your customer via WhatsApp or e-mail, or hand it over from a Bluetooth printer.
Printing
Print receipts, invoices and waybills at the point of sale on Bluetooth receipt printers (ESC/POS and Zebra) or the built-in printer of Sunmi V1 and POI handheld terminals. Preview the document as a PDF first and share it if needed.
Sales rep control
See on a map which customers each rep visited during the day and what they did there. Mandatory location and fake-GPS blocking keep the records true to life; set the day’s visit order with route lists and keep an eye on targets.
Daily summary
Sales, returns, collections and payment totals on the home screen. Cash, grand totals, customer statement, ageing and sales rep target reports are ready both on the device and at head office.

Yes. Sales, collections, returns and inventory transactions can be made offline and are stored on the device. When the connection returns, the data is sent to head office automatically.
You can print receipts, invoices and waybills on 80 mm Bluetooth receipt printers; label printers such as Zebra are also supported. Contact us and we’ll check whether your printer is compatible.
Sahatek Mobile Sales can be downloaded from Google Play for Android phones and tablets. The iPhone and iPad version is going through the App Store release process.
